Understanding Retail Sales Compliance

According to the Financial Service & Markets Act 2000, any person within a business who administers or sells a general insurance product has to have proven competence to the level of the role they perform. For a business this means continual development and training of its GI staff. This one day session will ensure those involved in general insurance mediation understand what is expected of them according to their job description and common UK Law.
