During this two day event we will investigate the legalities and best practices behind effective recruitment. Many modern managers are effective in their application, but lack basic HR skills. An ideal workshop for those wishing to develop their ‘softer’ HR skills and/or refresh themselves with the legalities and considerations of selecting, recruiting and keeping the right team.
