Motivating the sales team
All teams suffer from low moral, poor performance and negative attitudes from time to time. Todays supervisor and manager needs to be able to deal with these team lows and provide leadership, inspiration, direction and support to any employed team.This workshop will get any supervisor or manager ‘thinking’ and applying new techiques that will certainly improve their performance and thus the overal team results.
