Managing Retail Sales Compliance

Supervising staff that conform to the Financial Service & Markets Act 2000 is no easy
task. For a manager or supervisor this means continual development and group training of their GI staff. This two day session will ensure managers understand what is expected from them with regard to general insurance mediation and then understand the implications of poor compliance within common UK Law.
