Introduction to Selling Skills

This one day workshop will provide an introduction into the world of retail sales and sales processes. During the workshop we explore the basics of selling and look at selling products both from the sales and retail perspective. Session content focuses on effective introductions through to closing the sale. A great way to start your sales career.

• Gain a full understanding of the standard sales process
• Be able to detail effective questioning techniques in order to
qualify customers effectively
• Describe customer wants and needs
• Be able to define customer buying motives
• Appreciate when to ask for the business
• Gain a fuller personal understanding of individual attendees
behaviour and develop a long term focus plan
