Facilatation Skills

During this workshop we focus on industry specific facilitation skills. Are you sales driven or an information technology ‘IT’ organisation? If yes read on. This workshop will provide any junior or management team with the expertise to facilitate group meetings, team discussions, individual 1-1 reviews and problem solving / business enhancement meetings. Workshops can be conducted with X1 day follow up session with an interim assignment encouraging delegates to hold several meetings and present back on the results obtained. An extremely challenging and rewarding workshop for those in attendance.

Objectives:

• Understanding the act of facilitation
• Be able to appreciate the various methods of behavior,
communication styles and body language
• To equip teams with effective communication skills and
encourage them to appreciate the impact their skills can
have on a group discussion
• Be able to understand their behaviour model and
encourage them to adapt to many different situations
