Building Confidence with the Commercial Business User

An interactive two day workshop exploring the basics of Business Management.
We will examine the background of the role and how it has developed over the
last 20 years. During the workshop we also cover the current legalities
necessary to be an effective Business Manager. A great refresher session for
any seasoned or aspiring Business Manager.

Objectives:

• Be able to define the role of the Business Manager
• Understand the financial products available
• Be able to define the standard sales process
• Be able to define the requirements of the Financial Service and Markets Act 2000
• Be able to define the requirements of the Consumer Credit Act 1974
• Appreciate the correct use of Proposal Management Systems
• Understand the basic reporting requirements and be able to spot improvement areas

• Taking action to improve finance sales
Assessment All delegates will conduct a 50 question end course assessment
